Re: It's Popcorn time

 Hello all,

Tonight the boys will receive the popcorn packets. They can start selling
immediately. I recommend setting a goal and trying to attain it. This easy
fundraiser only requires asking family members, friends or neighbors if
they would like some delicious popcorn. We offer unique favors for the
 adventurous palate.

Unique NEW products:

  •  Bacon Ranch
  •  Buffalo Cheddar Cheese
  •  Dark & White Chocolaty Drizzle (excellent)
  •  Jalapeno Cheddar Cheese
  •  Kettle Corn
  •  Sour Cream & Onion

 Important dates:

  •  August 26 - start selling
  •  Oct 7 - orders due
  •  Oct. 14 - last day to turn in orders
  •  November 9 - Kimberly picks up popcorn
  •  November 11 - Popcorn delivered to boys

 Popcorn is 0g trans fat
Made with Canola oil and 100% whole grain

You can log into sell.trails-end.com and create an account - this will allow
you to sell out of state and have the product shipped directly to them.

Scout University

Attention all scouts - it's that time of year again when you can earn some Merit Badges without going to summer camp.  I will be coordinating the Merit Badge University
Registration is now open - what I need for you to do is review the available classes and either sign up for one or send me an email on the class you want.

If you want to sign up or it and pay online yourself, you will need to register as a user.  Things to remember - we are in the Atlanta Area District, Foothills Council and Troop 435.  If you don't want to register yourself just go to the hyperlink below, see what class is available and send me an email an I will sign your son up -  you can bring me the $13 at the next scout meeting.  Once you sign up its non-refundable.

Attention parents - I'll need some volunteers that would be willing to drive to the event.  Last year between some of our leaders that are teaching the classes and volunteer parents we had about 7 cars which was just enough.  You can sit in on the classes or roam the university - I found the Crime Prevention class last year taught by a GBI officer to be pretty interesting...

the link to the Merit Bade site is:  www.meritbadge.info  This is the one at KSU - details are below:
