Parent Meeting Wed. 3/20 & Upcoming Activity Dates

All scout parents are invited and requested to attend an Adult Meeting next Wednesday, March 20 at 7:30PM. We will be meeting in the room where the scouts normally meet. We will be reviewing troop business and discussing troop activities thru July. Please plan to attend and share your ideas.

Here's a list of upcoming activities:

March 23/24 Backpacking trip

March 30 9AM--Adopt a Mile. Our troop has adopted 1 mile of East Piedmont from Roswell Road to Allgood. We meet in the parking lot of Chase Bank (Publix Shopping Center across from the YMCA). Time commitment is about 1 hour. This is a great way to help our community and earn community service hours.

April 1 Court of Honor/Eagle Court of Honor We recognize all merit badges and rank advancements earned since December. This is a family event held in the Fellowship Hall of ECUMC. Refreshments will be served.

April 6/7 Camp & Cook at ECUMC

April 7 Scout Sunday at ECUMC --9:30 service.

April 26-28 Camping Trip at James "Sloppy" Floyd Park

May 24-27 Cumberland Island Trip

June 2-8 Summer Camp

July 13-21 Gettysburg Trip
